Instocks - could not agree more - young journos get their mandate and off they go - those of us who have seen it before know it will change and re-ignite - albeit briefly but whenever things hum someone pipes up and is quoted just to grab attention, and the jawboning begins again.

Guess it gives us ample opportunity but would be good for property aspirants to recognise the positive signs b4 the herd does and reap some rewards.
