Mns directors keep topping up signals there is nothing on the horizon to allow them to buy. Vrc directors may not be able to buy as something is imminent id and if they bought it would be insider trading be worried if sh bought shares now pre any ann disclosure. Must say pretty dissapointed at sp atm.
