All this rubbish about thousands of people working from home, hundreds off the road every day easing traffic congestion, health checks via the internet blah blah blah, straight out of the Labor Party NBN handbook.

Let's be real, health checks via an internet connection with a cyber doctor for one, do you reckon an Insurance company will pay out on a PI claim for negligence because the doctor misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong medication because the patient wasn't in his surgery?

Or do you really expect employer's to pay employees an hourly rate to work from home? Doubt it! Maybe with a CCTV set up they might to ensure the employer actually spends some of the day working instead of watching TV all day...

The NBN will be good for few businesses for sure, but the main use for the NBN for those that ever get connected will be downloading movies!
