When a major shareholder dumped their stock at 10 cents and the shares were 8 cents after the 14 cent SPP the world was caving in for PRR. Hindsight tells us this major shareholder lost out in a very big way.
Things are much clearer now re the future of the company so we may be able to apply some 'hindsight' now.
