I don’t think any one believes the price won’t go up. I suspect it’s going to happen sooner rather than latter. With the USA alone having increased its production by around 2X the current over supply I really don’t see this whole thing lasting all that much longer. As for the stock pile of oil last report I read said it was around one billion barrels which is around 12 days’ supply so it won’t take much to use it up if something goes wrong or the supplies cuts back to far.
