You can see by the continuing debate here that big questions that remain unanswered and that it takes an enormous leap of faith amount of assumptions for this to work, as well as overlooking a bunch of really bad looking stuff like the 24% cut that FC gets, share issuances for supposed services rendered which aren't clear, basis for non-disclosure in the first place etc etc.

You can continue to forgive and trust that this is just an honest mistake of non-disclosure and believe subsequent disclosures will clarify and show it's all kosher. Each to their own bit I ain't Jesus, not even close. When someone breaches trust like this I ain't gonna just assume it was an honest mistake and continue to hold positions based on assumptions its all good.

I don't think there is a single person in this forum that believes all this is immaterial, yet the entire board and management seem to have been oblivious to this? Incredible. Yes, keep the faith. That's all you have atm.
