I agree the details would be good but I think we just have to accept that this is how they are growing the business at this stage. They are creating a whole new market and the first mover is always the one to face the hurdles on the way.

Imo the business will not run the way it is at the moment in the near future. The dynamic will change as the platform gains popularity. They will no longer be having to offer incentives to SME's to join. The SME's will be lining up to get on the platform if management execute that part of the plan as well as they have executed the other parts of the business model.
