commission rate is reasonable consider FCC have to do the money chasing work. it's a very smart arrangement for BIG, and I would like to see BIG extend the arrangement after 2019 even BIG may have enough cash in the bank.
A wise business is to use others energy and money to working hard for yourself and it would be unwise for BIG to run the scheme by it's self for the sick of save some commission fee, it's not worth it as it may bring you lots of operational headaches.
