Agree. This is where the 120 days replacement doesn't become as reliant on new 'first contact prospects'. Can always go back through database of non-customers and find customers ready to sign up. In my experience still a challenge but if detailed notes have been recorded why they didn't proceed the first time you can be better prepared the second time. Many moons ago - like trying to pick up when you go out. You may get 2 or 3 red lights from the same prospect before you get a green light.
