I would assume so. I picture prior to film crew going to a location they may call prospects in area, try and sign up or at least book filming time. Call centre to then follow up once filming done where could show sample videos and try and close deal. I have not confirmed this is the exact process however feel it is a logical one to maximise output of film crew. Sales from call centre can be done prior to or really anytime after the fact.
