Just wondering you get your figures from. Can you help?
Here is what Big said on p38 of their response.

"The Company is currently in the process of reconciling the total number of Accepted Customers with First Class which it expects to be approximately 791

Paid Customers - FC Sponsored Potential Customers and Accepting Customers 3,518

Total Number of Non paid Membership Customers (Includes Declined Customers) 7,955

So unless you are including the 3,264 non-fc then I'm confused. That 3,264 includes the NFP and ASX customers and the 468 US customers.

So from Big's numbers:
791 SME's have accepted the video.
<= 7,955 have declined (If a meaningful number hadn't declined Big would surely have highlighted that)
2,729 SME's are still waiting on or considering their videos.
