I'm not 100% on the fines I've only skimmed the rules. A fine may apply to both the company and the director. From memory it was something like $1m (minimum) per breach to the company and $100k to the director. I think I calculated 3 definite breaches but there could be more.

I could be wrong about the penalties, if you're really interested the penalties can be found in the listing rules.
