Amazing work guys!!! That's nailed it. I was planning on trying to work through all that today, but you've now cleared up pretty much everything that I had some uncertainties around.

As i first thought it's a very clever (and perfectly legit) arrangement, but also quite complex that most people struggle to fully understand. I'm not surprised they didn't announce the full details to market before now. They were not required to, and it freaks a lot of people out who can't get their head around it.
