I agree Peru, I can't find any reference as to how long Big to swap a new customer in. That's interesting.
Another interesting point raised on twitter is:
Why is $BIG paying 24% per annum for a working capital/sponsorship facility when the lender has more than 100% cash security collateral?
$19m drawn down on deal, $19.8m held as security deposits.
Further, if there are 2,727 (3,518-791) customers pending acceptance that's $7,260 average per customer. At a 41% security deposit that $17,700 packages. Somethin wrong with that, but idk what.
