Hi @Ryzie and @Thanky. Great work, thanks.

This analysis nicely leads into one more component to be explained or elaborated on. The Customer.

What is a BIG customer purchasing? My thoughts here, and keen to hear your thoughts.

    A) The customer buys a BIG video. In this scenario it seems most likely they would just pay BIG directly, no need to even consider FC.

    B) The customer is looking for cheap line of credit. This scenario would mean that the customer doesn't really care about the BIG video at all, but for $987 they get access to $12k+ (which can be considered a great deal for a SME when banks can be impossible to get a loan from). This might explain that there are videos on BIG that companies don't use or care about. They just got it as a freebie.

It seems in both scenarios BIG benefits.

So it leaves other scenarios in place where BIG does not benefit, for example if a customer cancels (or does not accept) the video. Most likely because they aren't interested in FC anymore and have changed their mind about the FC line of credit. But again, this only really becomes an issue if this would apply to the majority of signed up customers (which does not seem to be an issue at the moment).

As more and more customers sign up, BIG is in its true sense becoming a Platform business. This is the exciting part.... This is the space we want to be in... First mover advantage is huge, but to be the winner in the end it is the number of customers on the platform that counts (regardless of the cost to continue being on the platform is $0 or not). None of us are paying anything to have a Facebook account, yet we are worth so much to Facebook.

Great stuff. Looking forward to how this will unravel in coming weeks.
