The way the agreement is worded and the fact it is capped I think the BIG have a very strong ground to stand on.
Some corporate packages as someone said could be $12k to $20K.
I worked on say 200 week @$12000 for October $10M in Offer amounts
Sponsorship pool is capped at $20M - So in reality they can go to $50M in Offer Amounts (5 Months)
I would assume most of October would be shot by Dec Two Month lag
$6.5M cogs (10m x 65%) Would be expensed in the quarterlies - If they convert 30% then revenue will be $2M. This doesn't hit the revenue line until later as its deferred.
They may make a loss but gives them the ability to build the video library. Also who knows what they could repurpose it for. They could potentially hit the client up later to use for themselves for a cheaper package.
It is hard to determine how far behind the lag is. Or even what the costs are as they have grown so quick obviously through the above.
Its very aggressive but it is capped.
