agm's are not usually the place to make announcments, otherwise, everybody at the agm would have inside info before it reached the market.
when they are ready to announce they will release a statement to the market to request a notice rec'd.
they are certainly not going to release a statement at the agm just because some 'StockGuru' wants to make a quick buck.
