I recall recently reading Eric Sprott of Sprott Asset Management writing in King World News that now is the time to be loading up in physical gold and gold equities - after the absolute smashing we have seen in a secular bull market and while sentiment is still very bearish.
He is doing this and pointed out that this is how fortunes are made.
This is also what NST are doing - buying cash flow positive, producing gold mines with substantial exploration upside for a fraction of the valuations that would be applicable with gold strongly rising in price.
All rises in the gold price from here go straight to the bottom line in additional positive cash flow.
