Yes V8, I thought it was a bit of a stretch in the presentation calling them tier 1 assets because they come out of Barrick. Barrick states that they are selling them to improve their cash flow! I can understand that they may turn out to be great purchases at the bottom of the market. But that remains to be seen and some of the stuff in the presentation has limited credibility even without any context. For instance they are trying to say the assets are well maintained with no deferred maintenance and yet there are also easy gains to be made from small capex due to previous constraints. You can't have both surely.
