Barrick have a strategy to exit Australia, they are quitting stuff whether it is making cash or not. there are not many goldies making money at the moment. I think the assets that NST have picked up are far from finished.
I tend to Agree with Big Bill, i think we are gambling on the gold price rising before the penny drops about NST not generating any cash. We are also gamble on how long the market will remain irrational towards NST.
I like NST but i think we are living on a knife edge unless the gold price rises and or cash costs are lowered further.
