I'll contrast NST's acquisitions with those made by KCN.
Near the peak of the market KCN took over DOM and its very much underperforming Challenger gold mine which has cost KCN a fortune since.
In addition KCN purchased the Bowden's silver deposit and took over Laguna for its overseas advanced precious metals project.
These precious metals projects were not up and running, instead needing investments of hundreds of millions of dollars.
NST is doing the exact opposite.
Purchasing good, gold producing assets in Australia that that are cash flow positive and known through Management's hands on experience at distressed valuations at the bottom of the market at low ball valuations and with substantial exploration upside imo.
