BBB thanks for providing a healthy debate. No doubt NST had their Geos,accountants and mining engineers all over this in the previous months prior to the announcement. This certainly wouldn't have been put together in a couple of days, even with their prior knowledge of the mines. As I stated earlier my real concern is if NST can run a JV as efficiently as Paulsen and I will be looking very carefully for any noise that the marriage is having problems.
