Guys I dont think IPMwill go to 50s as people will know any price weakness will result in COE accumulating.

EL, dont know how many IPM shareholders will exit as COE unlikely to get more than 50%, and given everyone will opt for cash offer therefore not many additional shares, of these some would be people who have bought IPM to get cooper at a cheaper price and intsos like Westoz who will hold so I cant see the exodus that you suggest. Indeed I think the reverse is more likely , Cooper will become the hunted and will go up
