when did cooper offer 1.32 for IPM??...please explain cause i think you're barking up the wrong tree...and what's wrong with IPM management trying to get a much better price for IPM holders than cooper is willing to pay or the latest partner is puttting on the table??...1.05 is cold hard cash remember whereas coopers bid contains too many shares at a rather volatile sp....bottomline for me...1.05 cash is not enough and even if cooper was putting 1.32 cold hard cash on the table still not good enough for me...1.50 cold hard cash maybe....1.80 before this year ends...probably okay i would say....cheers, while i continue holding a parcel of IPM and see what develops...whilst i'm holding cooper too...:-)
