Unfortunately, GDY still have an institutional placement for early 2011 undermining the SP. This and the SPP have dragged the SP down.
They were originally targeting $0.50 for the SPP which at the time was a discount. The SPP ended up being approx $0.40. Now, with the SP at $0.30, will the institutional placement be at $0.30?
Perhaps the cornerstone investors could pony up at the SPP price and GDY defer the remainder of the placement until progress on Origin HSA and Hab4. This would remove the downward momentum.
