That is the problem with narrow minded small thinking Australian institutional investors

European institutional investors have jumped on GGG at higher placement prices, before the resource upgrade and WITHOUT MINING APPROVAL.

Greenland wants independence from Denmark, the only thing stop this is Greenlands ability to be finacially independent, The only way they will achieve this is through mining, greenpeace have killed their only other viable industry

The European investors also appear to be taking a longer term view on the mining prospects. They basically do not care if it takes 5 years or longer to get approval. Energy companies their a supplies locked up for 5-10 years, they do not need another mine supplying before then.

The view is that the mining rights will be given sooner or latter if for no other reason than countries will not be able to sit on uranium resources on moral grounds with the world running out of energy supplies.
