Yeah I guess you could say that, or w're just overly optimistic and can't seem to zoom out
There'll always be some level of "insider" i'm sure... can't do anything about it but when you keep a watchlist of RE stocks and see volume entering / price action on all of them being somewhat similar... that paints a clearer picture
sort of like seeing specs with no COH rally....then BOOM a CR lol
