We use Xero and find it to be easy to use and an excellent package all round.
Financial updates are a breeze. The accountant just pulls our details out of the cloud and generates a report.
Most of our accounts come in via email and we update Xero every few days.
As at the 6th July we are basically ready to finish this Tax year already. Just completed our livestock reconciliation and everything's done.
No hard copies of tax invoices are needed at the accountants office as we scan and attach everything at the time of coding.
Costs us $19 month.
