Thodey said today that on signing agreement he will provide the financial detail,its the detail not so much the signing(something ff has wanted)then the nbn/tls financial story will b alot more clear.although tls had no choice but to make an agreement I feel detail should b positive for tls only because Thodey said he/tls had not changed their requirements from day one of negotiations.ACCC pricing decision will b interesting as my understanding pricing is included in agreement over next 8 years as copper transferred to fibre.cant imagine ACCC derailing nbn at this late stage if tls objects to ACCC pstn pricing.
