declines for tls since 2008 could well be linked to the gfc,
there has been a general decline in retail and i guess looking at my own budget i am avoiding debt expansion,in fact reducing at a relatively fast rate is more the order of the day.
its very difficult to envisage the impact the nbn will have longterm,will have to think about this but could be a good accumulation strategy over a period as opposed to trying to pick the hills and valleys to trade successfully,as it will most likely be a long sine wave.
and all bets are off on future divvys,i doubt it will be maintained investment would be more prudent
