I have some companies that have taken an absolute hammering to the SP over the last 6 weeks in a period when overall things looked pretty grim. And yet the closing price of HSN never went below 90 cents. Investors have a lot of confidence in what this company does and the way it is managed.
I first bought in at 60cents, long before HSN was in the mainstream media, have been rewarded with yields of 10% on my initial investment and have never regretted my decision to buy or thought of selling. My only complaint is that last dividend wasn't fully franked. Hopefully that will return in the future. I see this as a long term investment in a company going forward.
