Not only no debt but have cash as well.
I like their approach to acquisitions; they complete their due diligence very thoroughly and are not afraid to walk away if it is not a perfect fit for them.
Unfortunately the high Australian dollar does impact on their revenue negatively but this is an issue external to the fundamentals of the company and will not be a problem forever. When Europe sorts itself out projects there will become more rewarding as well.
Even if current results don't show the past rate of profit improvement this company will continue to improve.
