The thing is with this stock being predominantly held by Stokes (57%) it makes it very susceptible to large price moves on low volumes, hell if you wanted to wipe out the sell side completely you would only need to dump 55000 shares on market and it would drop the price $4 from where it is now, but saying that if you put a at market order for 88000 shares you would wipe out the buy side and driving up the price $7 odd dollars.
So I see this happening to a smaller extent both ways when there is pressure on the buy or sell side, which I think is what is happening now with the sell side.
