    How good was the report?

    We expected $0.2 dividend, got nothing. I gave UGL a financial question mark. Why? something I did not know?

    US court case?

    EBIT (underlying): A$71.2m < my expected = A$85m

    If without lower corporate costs and a lower effective tax rate, NPAT would be much worse

    In the past 12 months, investors not only decreased capital (from $12 to $6.3) and could not get this $0.20 dividend. No one happy.
