how greedy should one be???

Here is a question that we all fac at sometime. When to sell.
I have a couple of million shares that owe me just under 0.009. I have bought at different prices and been on board for quite awhile. When the company was 0.004 i was saying get to 0.01 and i'm out. That price has been and gone. Will it be back????
I don't need to sell but i do like making money and not loosing it.
This could be a pump and dump as we've seen in the past. But it does look and feel different to the other recent P&D's.
The company appears to have lots of good ground with good potential.
What to do??????
