Agreed. Insiders tend to have an advantage, but then again there was a lot of public information to suggest that this outcome was a distinct possibility, as much as there can be when it comes to court cases.
Buying action over the last few weeks from $4.80 looked to be insto buying, but I don't have market data so not definite.
