Its great news but I am not so sure about a gap up on Monday, we'll see. Obviously I hope IAG goes on a run for us holders. Sounds like this decision will be appealed once if not twice. Isn't there still a chance that the ruling could be changed to favour the insurance customers? I suspect the market may be more happy once it is fully resolved, although I don't know much about law so perhaps it is unlikely to be reversed at this point.
