The appeal was set down before the judgement. In my opinion it will likely just relate to clarifying certain points. Iag will be liable in part to a very small minority of reduced payouts. Remember the original judgement came as a huge surprise, so this is a return to common sense. The original terms never perceived a payout and the previous case only raised one point of disagreement.
