Expect some interesting figures to come out of IAG
- They are moving into the maturity phase of their global partnering program which has them reducing running costs significantly over the past 3 - 4 years
- They are decommissioning a lot of legacy systems which in themselves carry a heavy service cost
- They are moving towards automation
- They have reduced their risk with converting their branches into kiosks
Just to name a few..
Provided they stay clear of any major disasters this share is definitely a watch for the next 12 months.
