I’m a $1000 shareholder as I had a tiny fill on my $5.20 order before it rocketed to 5.40. My buy order was closed and now I have a meaningless holding.
however I see great upside from here. It appears the claims will most likely be lower then forecasted over the coming period and a better return on their invested capital. Inconsideration of their lagged performance I anticipate this will gap up quicker over the next 12-18 months particularly if yields increase. It’s steady and conservative business and certainly one to watch. I’d feel comfortable that a 10 year period with DRP in play and annual $2k top ups would fetch a 250% return so that suits my style. 10 year target of around $11, with dividend at around the 60 cent mark. If all goes according to plan once I hit that milestone I will effectively achieve a annualised 25-30% yield from my initial investment. I can understand why warren Buffett had an IAG interest
