I was reading an article on AFR and they mentioned that it all comes down to what the judges ruling is. If the judge rules that they have to contact every one of their clients and tell them that they can claim for Business Pandemic Insurance - then IAG has a problem
the insurance council is pleading for its case to be heard in light of intent of the law - to get away from paying claims-
Either way, those insurance premiums are going up regardless of the outcome - I have never seen a business be able to raise there revenue so quickly and have zero impact from rise in CPI - hence I own all three insurers - QBE, SUN & IAG - matter of time before more gains
