Im inclined to agree on your "technicality" along with a judges view point...the law is a curious beast that can and will for ever more be played with...an there is no better industry than the insurance cartels to find, hide under or create an "interpretation of the law"...I sued an insurance Goliath and won on a their own "technicality" which since has been changed....the law is a curious beast is it not....
