Im not a chartist by any stretch...I trade and do not so much invest...how ever I always trade undervalued stock as that is how I make my money... IAG is certainly undervalued no matter what metric you use, chart or other wise...I only ever buy IAG between 4.75 & 4.80, this time it was 4.80 and if it falls I will average down of course...I use numbers, thats all I look at...and I dont just mean P & L annuals, so from a time series view point, Sept 6th open 5.36, high 5.45 close 5.45 through to 10th Sept open 5.32, high 5.36, close 5.33 Bots sold down in volumetric of an average of 5.5m, 11.9m, 8.096m, 6.47m, 5.322m. This indicates a sell down for me where I start watching the same Python pattern, thats all it is...from the CMC Hospitality filing on the 6th Sept was probably the catalyst for whom ever wants to accumulate they need to be big enough to sell and push down other BOTS along with LVR holders and the like...so for traders like me its a gift, like APA and now PLS and what was BPT and so on and so forth....IAG is no different... So to trade a healthy company we have IAG with (GWP) improvements of 3.8%, profit up by 35.9% with underlying margins of 14.7% along with cash earnings up to $747m not to mention a net loss after tax of $427m...but thats just accounting gobble gook...I will hold no longer than a $5.03 through to a $5.13...for me its not worth much more than that for a trade...of course I will probably buy-in & sell out up to 20 times all the way up between now and then....
