hmm...some good points...ive made .22 cents in the last 2 days of trades...so of course I hope for volatility...how ever as an ongoing concern...your A) & B) case scenario is more likely...I doubt very much during a test case scenario which to my understanding is a contemporaneous memorandum, or clarifying a lot of law within a law that basically cover the insurer against any over & above quantifiable legislative payout. Ive never seen EVER a clause that provides "pandemic" in a clause of a business undertaking loss. I could quite easily be wrong as I do not have nor have I had a policy for any such nature. My mate who is a QC said, "Its a witch hunt Dan"...with regards to everything I have read and what IAG have disclosed, they really dont seem to care so much about the "test case"...when you read through past historical case studies nothing of substance became of any of it apart from a change in legislation pertaining to clauses of substantiation...or Make things clear for the policy holder....now I could be wrong about substantiation, im not an under writer...but I see this as a storm in a tea cup and an opportunity for long term holders to average down....but its fair to say from a traders stand point, this stock is in a broad range sideways trade for a while yet...but I think IAG have made some inroads, have great management that are some of the best in the business and the worst is behind them....
