Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.
How much money has this cost Dart? We need to be productive, not losing SEVERAL?? months because of an oversight? Anyone followed up on the supplier recently?
I cannot accept delays as a result of someone forgetting to order a few "standard" parts from the USA!
Maybe you should all go and look at your Risk Management Chart or your Unicorn Timeline Chart and figure out what went wrong? They look nice tho'.
