Might I suggest that you have another look at their Business Plans: ? PRE, PEK both have plans to build Separation facilities in the UK, PRE is even taking it one step further and aims to produce Magnet metal, MKA has a JV with a European Refinery and IXR think they will be producing Separated RE's thru their Irish subsidiary as well as Recycling Magnet swarf.
Might I suggest that you have another look at their Business...
