Exactly. Those companies, at best, have proposals to develop a seperation process (Iluka also has a proposal). Aru has developed a process, secured the intellectual property behind it and included costings for doing so in a definitive feasibility study. It's taken a long time and they are being re-rated by the market accordingly.
proposing a process is different to delivering a process. selling your Mixed rare earth carbonate to a subsidiary to seperate is a different proposition altogether.
