Badger my old mate, Nothing wrong with ARU except for the Chicom connection, it is just that some the clowns have some outlandish expectations. PEK is a ticklish case as it seems they have also been infested with some Chinese baggage who may prefer to acquire the Project for themselves if they can manage to persuade the GoT. Now even you must admit that GGG is looking like a basket case (Chicom is there too !) do I detect a common theme ?
