Don't Shoot ~ I bring good newsFor the ROW producers, the best thing that could happen would be for China to embargo Rare Earths, It would mean an end to the Shanghai price fixing and a shift to NY prices, it would also provide a massive incentive for Investment in the RE production lines. Not to mention a home goal for China as the Miners in Myanmar will quickly realise that the Western Market will pay them more for their concentrates. China may be a Socialist economy but I can guarantee most Chinese are Capitalists and smugglers if given the chance !
