The current CEO package certainly makes him focused on the same things shareholders focus on. Amazing what the right remuneration package at the right levels can do for companies. Pity so many Australian companies don't get it and engage in purile HR semantics that add no value and often detract from what should be the primary focus.
Good to see ELD continue to kick goals upstream.
